Decided to come here instead of going to Nizza Pizza after hearing from my group they had enjoyed their pizza before. We were sorely mistaken. This location was not friendly or accommodating, nor did the pizza come out right or in a timely manner. We came on a Tuesday night at 8:30pm, and were met with a blank stare when we asked the young man at the front “how are you?”. After ordering, some of my group stayed inside the order area because it was hot outside and we were making conversation. A woman who was working in the back came up to us and said “if y’all already ordered your food you need to leave”, and when a few of us didn’t hear her say that she repeated “if you already ordered you need to get out”. As this was my first time here I asked if i could get my food to-go. She responded quite rudely “It is already is to-go everything is to-go”, I can’t imagine ever coming back to an establishment that speaks to their customers this way. After being ordered to leave, the employees locked both entry doors so that we could only speak to them through the walk up window. First time trying Zalat. I was impressed. It was made perfect. Great crust, perfect amount of cheese to toppings, and a great fold. I got the Drunken Masterclass Pizza and with the recommendation from the GM I had it topped off with the Hot Honey. Delicious*** The GM was really friendly and provided great customer service. I will be making this my go to Pizza place.

Well worth the wait and craziness that Foch St brings on a Friday night! Pizza was perfect. Perfect amount of toppings, temperature, crust was crispy and fresh. Been here several times amd the Staff is always on their game and friendly. Parking sucks due to its location especially the weekends but if you have the patience you won't be disappointed. ;)

The app showed my pizza as delivered, but it never arrived. When I called the store, the employee couldn’t provide any explanation as to why the order was marked delivered. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I could come pick up the pizza myself—even though it was already well past the estimated delivery time shown in the app. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that I would not be refunded the delivery fee or the driver’s tip, despite the obvious mistake with the order. There was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience or poor service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the inaccurate delivery status, lack of communication, and unwillingness to make things right, I will most likely not be returning. Update: ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star You guys used to be so good, but unfortunately this was the final straw for me. First, you got rid of the original Hottie, which was one of the main reasons I kept coming back. Now the pizza itself doesn’t even come close to matching what is advertised. The pizza I received was burnt all over, the toppings were sparse, and it looked nothing like the description or photos on the website.

The pizza was good and the selections are great too. The service was alright. The menu images from the tv screen was overscaled, so this really makes customers hard to read whatelse more is on the menu. There a was defective bright LED light illuminating purple instead of white.
